This 5,900 square foot (548 meters square) property sleeps 12-14 guests. Available for rent during the November 18th US Grand Prix. Other events available upon request.

A very special private setting on over 2 acres with many 200-300 year old large Cyprus and Pecan trees. A 20 foot bridge off the main living area takes you to a party deck above the boat dock facility. Includes a 21 foot SeaRay boat, 2 Yamaha high-performance jet skis, 2 standup paddle boards and a 2-person Kayak (separate arrangements required).

On the lake you will be pampered by a covered arbor lakeside with fire pit and access to the sandy beach. In addition, a sandbox and tree house wrapped around a 200 year old tree great the younger generation.

A very special one-room cottage surrounded by water on three sides offers screened/glass enclosed sleeping, A/C, fireplace and even a giant projector TV for outdoor movies and entertainment.

Inside this 6 year old house are the most current features found in a modern kitchen and living area. Kitchen has Viking appliances and nearby laundry area. The master is spacious on the first floor along with downstairs guest room. Master has see-through gas log fireplace. Master bath large tub and separate steam shower. Most rooms have large LCD TV’s/DVD/etc.

Upstairs are 4 additional bedrooms, media room, 2nd living area with fireplace, including separate fully-furnished apartment with kitchen/washer/dryer.

PLEASE NOTE: We live in the house full-time and are making it available during non-school holidays and for special occasions only (such as weddings/receptions/events).  5 night minimum. Helicopter landing possible.
