Gorgeous, modern, two story home privately sited on six heavily wooded acres in West Austin.  The large windows provide natural lighting for the beautiful art that fills this special home.  The main house is two stories, containing a formal living and dining room, family room and kitchen downstairs with the master bedroom, bath and office upstairs.  A separate guest house contains two bedrooms, bath and living room.  Main house and guest house joined by large screened porch.  Spacious outdoor deck looks out over the tree tops.  A wonderful property for the sophisticated traveler who appreciates comfort and privacy.

Pricing & Terms

Pricing for F1™ weekend is $4000 per night with a four night minimum.  Max stay of seven days.  Tax also required.

Terms—50% due on signing of contract.  Balance due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.  Credit card required for security deposit hold of $10,000.00.  Full refund of deposit if cancellation is more than 45 from arrival date.  No refund after that unless property can be re-rented at same or higher rate.  If rented at same or higher rate, 20% of deposit will be withheld.
