Mediterranean style home located on the Great Hills Country Club golf course. This spacious home boasts 4900 square foot (455 meters square), with three bedrooms, swimming pool with hot tub spa, billiard table, wet bar, very large kitchen with seating for 12. Free WiFi, land line phone, cable TV. Maid services every other night, chef services can be arranged.  Golf course guest privileges may be arranged on special request and fee.
Accommodations for 6 guests, with additional room for children if cots or couches are acceptable.

Pricing & Terms

• $2,600 per night, 4 night minimum.
• Week long rental $15,000.00.
• Security Deposit $2600 payable in advance along with 1/2 rental period amount.
• No refund on cancellation within 30 days of event. Paypal, cashier’s check, or direct wire accepted.
• Personal requests considered for stocking food, spirits and transportation.
