This spacious home has over 8,000 square feet (743 meters square) plus an additional 2,500 square feet (232 meters square) of outdoor living to take in the spectacular lake and hill country scenery. The home is available with 5 bedrooms/5.5 baths, swimming pool/hot tub with infinity edge, billiard table, ping pong table, theater room, two fire pits, outdoor kitchen, and elevator. Accommodations for up to 12 guests, with additional room if comfortable sofas and twin day beds are acceptable. Each bedroom has a private bath and all bedrooms have magnificent views of the lake. The location is perfect for a small corporate gathering as tables, chairs, and linens for up to 40 people are available for your use. Includes daily Maid Service.

The villa is located 20 minutes from downtown, 40 minutes from the F1 Racetrack, and 35 minutes to the airport (driving times with normal Austin traffic). Nearby restaurants include the famous Oasis “Sunset Capital of Texas” Restaurant and the Steiner Ranch Steakhouse.

• $3,900 per night, 4 night minimum.
• Available for rent during the November 18th US Grand Prix.
• Price includes daily Maid Service.
• Security Deposit $10,000 plus 50% due at reservation, balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
• No refund on cancellation within 30 days of event. Cashier’s check, or direct wire accepted.
