Texas Wine Country Vacation Home for F1 Week

This 4 bed, 2.5 bath home is located in the beautiful hill country town of Driftwood. There are so many adventures to be had in this area. To name a few, we are situated in the heart of Texas wine country (there are three wineries within a 10 minute drive), shopping in the quaint town of Wimberly, a number of excellent BBQ, Italian, and regional restaurants, and iconic Texas towns like Fredericksburg and Gruene within an hour’s drive. Austin is a 30 minute drive away.

This Texas-style home will comfortably accommodate six people. The three larger bedrooms have double or queen beds. The smallest bedroom has a twin. There are two living areas, one of which has a large flat screen TV. Computer access is provided. The kitchen is centrally located with all accoutrements. There are two dining areas. Both areas seat four but there are side chairs that can be used to accommodate six. The house has a front and back porch along with a number of outdoor seating areas for enjoyment. It sits on 2.6 acres of hill country land. Depending upon whether we experience drought conditions or have a wet summer, the front yard has a pond with dock (currently it is full). There is plenty of uncovered parking. We are located 35-40 minutes from the Expo Center parking area used by Formula One.  Cleaning is included with linens and towels changed at half week.  I will be more than happy to provide day trip information to our guests. Simply driving through the hill country is just a wonderfully relaxing experience full of what nature has to offer. We are located within 10 minutes of all modern conveniences: grocery stores, drug stores, liquor stores, gas stations etc. We are also only 35 minutes from the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.
